Job Location – #Dubai
Salary – AED 4000 - 5000
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years’ experience in UAE in talent acquisition, recruitment roles with Construction , MEP, Interior Fit out companies will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, tools, and technologies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Must have analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage HR data and metrics
• Must have experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Must be familiar with UAE employment laws and regulations
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies, including job posting optimization, sourcing, and screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Collaborate with line managers to understand their talent needs and develop job descriptions and specifications that attract qualified candidates.
• Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to proactively source candidates, including online platforms, professional networks, job fairs, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough assessments of applicants, including competency-based interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks, ensuring a robust and objective selection process.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports and insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize talent acquisition strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition, and recommend innovative approaches to attract top talent.
