Administrator/ HR Executive
Description
We are in search of a seasoned professional to fill the role of Administrator/ HR Executive within our organization. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3-5 years of overall experience, with a specific focus of 2 years in Jebel Ali Free Zone regulations and labor laws.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage various forms of communication, including emails and reminders.
• Skillfully schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
• Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Take charge of placing and monitoring orders for office supplies and equipment, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
• Uphold a high level of organization in all administrative tasks.
• Provide supervision and support to the team, addressing any arising issues or concerns.
• Assist in the preparation of payroll by supplying relevant data such as absences and leaves.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in administrative and HR roles is a mandatory requirement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE regulations and labor laws particularly JAFZA.
• Ability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines.
