Assistant Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Finance Manager to join our team and contribute to our success in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
• Support the Finance Manager in financial planning and analysis.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for management.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecasts.
• Manage cash flows and optimize cash management strategies.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
• Implement financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
• Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and business initiatives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CMA, CA,) is required.
• Minimum of 2 years UAE experience in the same field, preferably in the automotive sector mandatory
• Experience with managing a team is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software (SAP)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and practices.
