Roles & Responsibilities:
• Invoice Submission
• Coordinate with Customers
• Preparing delivery schedules
• Invoice generation
• Handle customer complaint report
• Customer Sample Request
• Customer Feedback
• Order Receiving
• Live Customer Handling
• Cash & Cheque Collection
• Online Payment receiving
Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum 02 years of Experience in Customer Service
• Min Education Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Accountings or Administration
• Having the full command on MS Office.
