The HR Executive will play a critical role in managing the human resources functions and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a seamless integration of new hires.
Employee Relations:
Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and issues.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Facilitate conflict resolution and provide guidance on employee relations matters.
Performance Management:
Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
Coordinate performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.
Compliance and Administration:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Prepare and manage HR reports and documentation.
Compensation and Benefits:
Administer employee benefits programs and answer related inquiries.
Assist in the development and implementation of compensation policies.
Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.
HR Projects and Initiatives:
Participate in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
Support organizational development and change management efforts.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve HR goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in HR or related roles.
Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
