Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role (located in Abu Dhabi with some remote work) for a Human Resources Administrator. The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with HR management, benefits administration, HRIS management, and compliance with labor and employment laws.
Qualifications
• Human Resources (HR) management
• Benefits administration
• HR Information Systems (HRIS) management
• Knowledge of labor and employment law
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Driving License Must
• 2-3 years of experience in HR administration or related field
• Experience using payroll software, knowledge of UAE labor laws, and fluency in Arabic are assets but not required for this position.
