Responsibilities:
• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and development for young children.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages creativity, curiosity, and exploration.
• Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support each child’s individual needs and development.
• Ensure a safe and secure learning environment for all students.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Masters degree in any subject
• Early Childhood Education or Diploma in Montessori or Cache level III
• UAE Equivalency certificate for your bachelors or masters.
• Relevant teaching certification like Bachelor of Education.
• Previous experience teaching in a kindergarten setting.
• Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school administration.
