Recruitment Specialist

Description

Position: Recruitment Specialist for blue collar and white collar.( must be experienced in the Construction Industry.)
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, preferably with expertise in blue
• collar recruitment from India & UAE and white collar recruitment in the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations related to recruitment.
• Familiarity with job portals, recruitment consultancies, and other relevant platforms in the UAE.
• Strong networking and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Experience: Min 5 years.
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
Salary: 6000
Location: Sharjah / Dubai
